1. Who we are

2. Using this website

You may browse the site and use the Mētis chat for your own business or personal information. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, extract its content automatically, or use the chat to send abusive, unlawful or misleading content. Answers from Mētis are informational; a binding offer is only the written quote we send you.

3. Our services

We provide website design and development, search engine optimisation, AI agents, booking agents, CRM setup and workflow automation. The site does not publish prices; the exact scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in a fixed written quote, which becomes binding when you accept it.

4. Quotes, payment and changes

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Unless agreed differently, projects are invoiced in stages: a deposit at the start and the balance at delivery. Monthly services are invoiced in advance.
• Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately before they are built.
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, AI usage, software subscriptions) are either paid directly by you or passed through at cost.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the website, content and configurations we create for you and may move them to any provider. We keep the right to reuse general know-how, tools and non-client-specific code, and to show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party software stays under its own licence.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that content, images and data you give us may lawfully be used, and that information published about your business is accurate. You are responsible for your own legal notices and for how AI agents are used with your customers under applicable law.

7. Liability

We work with care and in line with good practice, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms and every agreement with Metisly are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Agreements already signed keep the terms that applied when they were signed.
